This was a most enjoyable experience, we were made to feel welcomed in so many ways. Everything about it made for a very pleasant stay. The room was very clean and quite large. The staff were all warm, friendly and there to make sure everything about our stay went well. Lucino and Venera were especially helpful as our hosts, our appreciation to them for everything. The view was great from the terrace which provided an overlook to the cities and towns below. The breakfast was amazing and fresh and brought to your room. On-site parking was free, secure and convenient. Our stay was perfect, we will certainly stay here again.

We recently stayed at this charming family-run hotel and our experience was nothing short of exceptional. Upon arrival, we were delighted to be offered a free upgrade to a spacious apartment, which immediately set the tone for a fantastic stay. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like family. Their friendliness and attention to detail made us feel right at home. The room itself was immaculate and offered plenty of space for our family to relax and unwind and the traditional sicilian sweet/savoury breakfast served in the room each morning was also very good and enjoyed by the whole family from the terrace where the view was nothing short of amazing! In all, it was a great experience and we will surely return the next time we visit the area.

Breakfast was delivered to the rooms and came from a local bakery. It was excellent! The only downside is that the staff can only deliver breakfast after 8 a.m. When we needed it earlier we were given the opportunity to pick it up at the bakery. The staff was helpful, very responsive and attentive. The parking spaces inside the property were nice. The balcony is nice and well equipped with a table, chairs and two 'lawn chairs'.

Very good breakfast was served in the room, which one has to pre-book the day before. Parking is provided within the site behind locked gates, although rarely all spaces were occupied. The view from the room over Catania in the distance was very nice. The room was very clean and with a well equipped kitchen.

The position of house gift a wonderful view of all Catania. The apartment is cured in every particular. It is very very clean and all floors are made with wonderful marble. The apartment has a strategic position between beach and Etna mountain. The service is amazing and the people are friendly and satisfy every necessity and request. The environment is like as family, very comfortable. They offer a special breakfast. The rooms are large and provided with strong air cooling system for all necessity. Amazing holiday.

Had a lovely, relaxing one week stay at Etna Royal View! Couldn"t recommend it enough. The owner Caruso, his family and staff are very welcoming and made our stay a very pleasant one. The hotel is beautiful, clean and has it's own internal parking area. The location is excellent, making it central to the main attractions. We would definetly return. It is truly a place of retreat surrounded by a tranquil neighbourhood and they made us feel like we were at home, treating us like family.

The apartment itself is clean, well maintained, spacious, and has all the facilities one would expect; wifi, tv, microwave, kettle, oven, etc. Mr. Caruso (and sons) gently upgraded us to the 2nd floor apartment with a beautiful terrace with views stretching out to the sea. Breakfast, which is served in the room, consists of typical Sicilian savoury and sweet goodies. For those with electric cars, the free parking at the premises provides 4 charging points. Highly recommended and will definitely visit again in the future!

Extremely well maintained property run by very friendly people. Spacious apartment with great terrace. They were very keen to make sure our stay was as good as possible. We enjoyed the walk up the hill to find the restaurants.

Lovely, clean and spacious 2 bed apartment with a terrace and beautiful sea view. The sun was on the terrace from late morning to late afternoon. The hosts were very welcoming and happy to help with any requests. A 15 minute walk into Trecastagni centre where you can find supermarkets and places to eat.
