Etna Royal View

Highly recommend staying here. The staff was very friendly, professional, attentive to your needs and ensured your comfort while staying there. They provide breakfast food for you and you can make whatever you want. If you run out, just let them know what you used and they will restock it for you free of charge since it’s included. The view we had was amazing. They will provide transportation for a small fee as well. We will be returning to Catania again in the future and will definitely plan on staying there again. They are very informative about things to do in the area, provide a voucher for a free meal if you go to Mt Etna’s excursion (which we did and really enjoyed). They go out of their way to ensure every customer is happy here and satisfied. Family of 7 (twin babies included) and we were all comfortable and slept well. One of the rooms had bunk beds for the kids as well. We feel confident about our choice and where we stayed and again, we will definitely be returning in the future.

I don't know where to start. The area is beautiful and close to Etna. The apartment was spacious and everything worked perfectly. Whatever we requested was delivered straight away. Roberta and her colleagues made sure of that. The staff is what makes the place super fantastic and the feeling of being in safe hands is priceless. Our van overheated whilst there. Claudio Caruso was amazing he took us everywhere to sort out our problem including several trips to catania and back to rent another car. Fabio, Alberto also helped us out and assisted Claudio throughout our stay. Their father is also so so nice. I have not enough words to thank them. On the last day we had no car, we had a tow truck to take the van down to the harbour. Not only did they come with us but took us to Siracusa so not to waste the day. As I said in the beginning I don't know where to start as they were just amazing and I can safely say it was the best stay in Sicily for me.

The view is perfect, close to Etna. The staff is very kind. Breakfast not a big deal, but acceptable. We got a free update for the room to a whole appertment.

Very nice and quiet place elegant with all the facilities. The kichen well equiped, the supplies provided for breakfast were enough and good quality. We appreciated that when we mentioned our alimentary prefences the staff provided us with all the necessary. We received wery valuable information about our trip to Etna Safe paking just in front of the door

The hosts are extremely friendly and communicative. They upgraded us at their own initiative without any surcharge to the appartement with a huge balcony and amazing seaview on the bay. Very much appreciated! 🙏👌 The accommodation is perfectly clean, modern, with a comfortable king sized bed, and everything works as expected. WiFi is reliable and fast. There is even a washer in the bathroom. Free Private secured parking on the premises. Breakfast is served in the room, perfect service. We prolonged our stay. 😊 Highly recommended!
